Can you organize a side event for our project at Token2049?+
Yes. We handle venue scouting, guest list management, speaker coordination, catering, and on-the-ground logistics for side events across major conferences.
How do you ensure event attendees convert to community members?+

How early should we engage you before an event?+
For major conferences, 6–8 weeks minimum. For smaller side events and meetups, 3–4 weeks is usually sufficient. For bespoke activations, 3 months is ideal.
